It's a good idea to regularly drill the nozzle of the machine by hand with the drill bit cleaning tool sent with each unit (photo below) to a depth of 25mm / 1 inch.

We also have a demonstration video of how to clean the nozzle:

This procedure is described in the maintenance section on page 10 of the operating instructions booklet.

Here is the instructions booklet:

The drill bit pin chuck cleaning tool is supplied with every new Phantom Hazer, but as it is a small separate item it can get lost.

The diameter of drill bit you need to look for is 2 millimetres / ~1/8th inch.

Don't do it with an electric drill of course - do it by hand, and if you are using a standard drill bit without the pin chuck, you can wrap some sandpaper around it so you can grip it properly and do it like in the video.

If you're in the USA, a customer has found a place to order similar replacements, if you need one quickly:

I was able to find a place in the US that sells a 2 pack of 2mm drill bits with 1/4" hex head on the drill drive side, so would be a great replacement for the tool for US customers:
https://greatlakespowertools.com/milwaukee-48-89-4803-metric-shockwave-titanium-red-helix-2mm/
It cost me less than $10US shipped total cost to my home.

If the nozzle drilling doesn't solve the problem, then the other thing to do is to clean the filter - contact Pea Soup for instructions.
